Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Texas Bluebonnet Builders LLC. These Terms & Conditions apply to inquiries, estimates, scheduling, and services provided by Texas Bluebonnet Builders LLC. Individual projects may also be subject to a separate estimate, proposal, contract, or other written agreement.

Estimates & Project Agreements

Initial consultations and project estimates are provided based on the information available at the time. Pricing may change if the project scope, measurements, materials, site conditions, or requested features change.
Before work begins, project details, pricing, payment terms, and other applicable conditions will be provided to the client for review and approval.
If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the terms of the signed project agreement will control for that project.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits and payment schedules vary depending on the size and scope of the project and will be clearly stated before work begins.
Required deposits must be received before materials are ordered or fabrication begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final payments and progress payments are due according to the terms of the applicable project agreement or invoice.
Returned, declined, or failed payments may be subject to applicable fees. Texas Bluebonnet Builders LLC reserves the right to pause or postpone work if required payments are not received.

Scheduling

Project dates are scheduled based on material availability, project requirements, and client availability.
We make every reasonable effort to arrive and complete work according to the agreed schedule. Construction and custom fabrication may occasionally be affected by material delays, weather, site conditions, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a schedule changes, we will communicate with the client as soon as reasonably possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask clients to provide at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment or scheduled project date.
Late cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to a fee as stated in the applicable project agreement.
Once materials have been purchased or custom fabrication has begun, cancellations may be subject to charges for materials, completed work, fabrication, and other costs already incurred.

Changes to the Project

We understand that ideas can change as a project comes together.
Any work requested outside the originally approved scope may require a revised estimate or change order. Additional work will not be performed without client approval whenever reasonably possible.
Changes may affect the total project price and completion schedule.

Custom Materials & Fabrication

Many of our projects are custom-built specifically for each client. Once custom materials have been ordered, cut, modified, or fabricated, they may not be returnable or reusable.
The client may be responsible for these costs if a project is canceled or significantly changed after fabrication or purchasing has begun.

Property Access

Clients are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the project area on scheduled workdays.
Furniture, personal belongings, pets, vehicles, or other obstructions should be moved when necessary to allow work to be performed safely.
If access cannot be provided, the project may need to be rescheduled and applicable fees may apply.

Safety & Property Care

We take reasonable precautions to protect the client's home and property while performing our work.
For everyone's safety, clients, children, pets, and other individuals should remain clear of active work areas when requested by our team.
We make reasonable efforts to leave work areas clean and orderly following installation or construction.

Existing & Unforeseen Conditions

Construction and remodeling work can reveal conditions that were not visible during the initial consultation, including framing, electrical, plumbing, structural, water-damage, or other concealed conditions.
If an unexpected condition affects the project, we will communicate with the client and discuss available options before proceeding with additional work whenever reasonably possible.

Materials & Natural Variation

Wood and other natural materials may vary in grain, color, texture, knots, and appearance. These variations are a normal part of natural materials and are not considered defects.
Product availability may also change. If a specified material becomes unavailable, we will discuss reasonable alternatives with the client before substitution.

Workmanship

Texas Bluebonnet Builders LLC takes pride in providing quality craftsmanship and addressing legitimate workmanship concerns.
Any specific warranty terms applicable to a project will be stated in the client's project agreement. Manufacturer warranties for hardware, appliances, finishes, or other third-party products are subject to the manufacturer's own terms.

Communication

We believe good projects start with good communication. Clients are encouraged to contact us with questions or concerns throughout the project.
Important changes involving scope, pricing, scheduling, or project specifications should be confirmed in writing whenever possible.
